  • Lead a high-performing team and mentor junior members to drive success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of driving business growth and developing strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agency environment with a strong understanding of digital marketing and client needs.
