
Mid Market Business Developer

As a Business Development Professional, you will focus on expanding our Mid Market business territories. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual to prospect, qualify and close new business.
- Create a continuous pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
- Develop compelling business cases and ROI for each prospect.
- Present the value of UKG solutions to successfully engage and sell to C-level decision-makers.
- Effectively 'quarterback' a deal through the entire sales lifecycle by building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Drive growth through new client acquisition.
The successful candidate will utilize consultative selling skills to clearly understand customer/prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solution to meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce.com.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this position is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about sourcing new business and closing deals. UKG offers a flexible working environment and this role is open to candidates based in Australia with a mix of office and remote workdays.
