We are seeking a skilled Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing shipping line invoices to ensure timely receipt of Electronic Documents.
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures carefully and diligently to meet customer requirements.
  • Liaising with service providers and clients to book Full Container Load wharf pickups and deliveries.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining attention to detail, multitasking, prioritizing, and being well-organized.
  • Monitoring activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Tracking shipments, vessels, and Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience with ocean freight forwarding and wharf operations is advantageous.
