Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Professional to join our pioneering team. As an employee, you'll be part of a continually growing organization working alongside exceptional colleagues and strategic partners worldwide contributing to global health initiatives.

This is a site-based position requiring full-time attendance at our facility. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical production technology and cGMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate advanced production equipment while maintaining rigorous cGMP and safety standards
  • Practice safe work habits and maintain a high standard of housekeeping in assigned areas
  • Execute operational activities per SOPs and approved manufacturing documentation
  • Conduct routine digital troubleshooting of equipment and report issues to leads
  • Maintain training records and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  • Perform basic mechanical maintenance tasks such as lubrication checks and filter changes
  • Support the closure of QA documentation to enable timely batch disposition

Required Skills:

  • Typically 3-5+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
  • College degree with specialization in Pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent
  • Aseptic experience Visual Inspection and PFS knowledge
  • Experience in audit inspection preparation understanding Health authority and regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers leadership and cross-functional support groups required
  • Excellent written oral communication and organizational skills required
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail while executing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
