Pricing and Product Expert Role

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Pricing and Product Analyst to join our team in a Max Term role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and evaluating pricing strategies, as well as shaping model line-ups and grade specifications.

About the Role

The Pricing and Product Analyst will contribute to the development of vehicle pricing proposals and determine optimal model line-ups for commercial and passenger vehicles. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor positioning, and customer expectations to ensure a compelling and competitive product offering.

The role focuses on maximizing vehicle competitiveness, profitability, and sales and customer satisfaction targets throughout the model lifecycle. The Pricing and Product Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to provide regular updates and reports on pricing proposals and product planning progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop pricing strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor positioning, and customer expectations
  • Shape model line-ups and grade specifications using market insights to align with customer expectations and sales goals
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on pricing proposals and product planning progress
  • Maintain accurate pricing and product information in business systems to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, with experience in marketing, product planning, and pricing. You should have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to adapt strategies and develop innovative solutions.

You will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders effectively across teams. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable, as well as the ability to manage, interpret, and present data for planning, forecasting, and reporting purposes.
