About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Specialist to provide expert support, training, and technical guidance across industry-leading hardware and software solutions. You'll play a key role in empowering internal teams, dealer networks, and customers through product demonstrations, installations, and ongoing technical support.


Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction, enhance product knowledge, and support sales and marketing success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-house and on-site support, training, and installations for hardware and software products.
  • Deliver technical support to internal staff, dealers, and end users.
  • Conduct product evaluations and competitor analysis.
  • Manage demonstration equipment and supplies stock for testing and events.
  • Develop and deliver training content for Roland Academy and run Clinic sessions.
  • Provide colour profiling solutions and liaise with vendors.
  • Support sales with product demonstrations, sample creation, and technical insights.
  • Represent at tradeshows, dealer events, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrated technical experience with hardware/software products.
  • Demonstrated experience in common design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop etc.
  • Experience delivering training (desirable).

  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
