Job Summary:

The role of a Product Marketing Specialist involves aligning marketing initiatives with the organisation's product strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling product positioning across all customer-facing materials.

This position requires close collaboration with product management, sales, and design teams to lead the creation of product content and collateral for launches, promotions, and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique selling propositions and core product messages, as well as support competitor analysis to identify differentiators and positioning.
  • Develop and project manage product launch plans and manage marketing activities for launches and events.
  • Oversee the development of brochures, packaging concepts, and visual assets, managing product photography, video, imagery, and copy for use across digital and print platforms.

  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
  • A highly driven and dynamic individual with a strong work ethic is required.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial.
  • Experience in deploying digital marketing campaigns is necessary.
  • Strong Adobe CC skills, including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator, are desirable.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are essential.
