Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilise your organisational skills?

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Roster Officer in our Business Services, Police Prosecutions and Licensing Enforcement Command.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the rostering portfolio, ensuring that all human resources available are utilised to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the rostering portfolio to ensure efficient deployment of resources;
  • Provide expert advice on rostering needs, industrial award entitlements and business rules to stakeholders;
  • Work collaboratively with the team to overcome challenges and promote transparency, quality service delivery, customer satisfaction and efficient deployment of resources;

About the Role
