In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with Accor hotels' customers through outbound phone calls. With all leads provided, you will be able to establish your own database of customers and inspire them to renew their membership each year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make proactive outbound phone calls to Accor hotels' customers to discuss membership renewal opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by listening to their needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Establish and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customers to facilitate efficient communication and relationship-building efforts.

No prior sales experience is required, as you will receive comprehensive support throughout your journey. Our extensive in-house training program and ongoing coaching from experienced managers will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
