Job Summary

The role of a Customer Operations Supervisor is to lead a team of technicians within the data center and serve as an expert across the campus.

This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and responsive customer service by supervising daily operations, coordinating customer installations and requests, driving continuous improvement in service delivery, and supporting the training and development of direct and indirect reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of technicians.
  • Manage resources to meet customer service level agreements and operational targets.
  • Develop a culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Lead a small team and provide guidance to staff at remote sites.
  • Oversee the execution of customer orders, installations, and services.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of service delivery activities.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues and coordinate resolution.
  • Monitor and improve operational workflows and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
  • Support audits and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Prospective candidates should have proven experience in customer-facing operations, preferably in a technical environment.

They should possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with IT infrastructure and data center operations.
