AI Data Architect

We are looking for a Lead Data & AI Consultant who will develop and optimize Generative AI models while building scalable data pipelines using Python and AWS services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining data pipelines for processing, storing, and analyzing large datasets.
- Developing and deploying machine learning models and data processing scripts using Python.
- Utilizing AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, Redshift) for cloud-based data solutions.
- Performing data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance.
- Ensuring data quality, governance, and security in compliance with industry standards.
- Production experience in Gen AI beyond a prototype.
- Strong proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain.
- Solid background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, Glue, Bedrock).
- Knowledge of data engineering (ETL pipelines, SQL, Spark, Apache Airflow).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring in production.
