Resident Solutions Architect, AI

We seek an innovative Resident Solutions Architect to collaborate with clients on short-term and medium-term engagements addressing their Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence challenges using the Databricks Data Intelligent platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create impactful data science and machine learning use cases, including solution architecture, MLOPs frameworks, MVPs, and production-grade applications.
  • Guide strategic customers through transformational data science and Generative AI projects, encompassing end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading AI applications.
  • Consult on ML architecture and design, implementing strategic customer projects that lead to a successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption of Databricks.
  • Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
  • Collaborate with the Databricks technical team, Project Manager, Architect, and Customer team to ensure the technical components of the engagement meet customer needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a ML Engineer or Data Scientist, focusing on technical architecture and consulting.
  • Comfortable writing code in Python or Scala.
  • Proven experience in technical project delivery, managing scope and timelines.
  • Strong documentation and whiteboarding skills.
  • Experience working with clients and managing conflicts.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
