Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across commercial parking, event parking, and short-term leasing of office, commercial and industrial space.
Key responsibilities include:
- Filling vacant sites with clients ranging from individuals to corporate entities
- Winning new business through prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and onboarding
- Building strong relationships with property owners and clients
- Laying the groundwork for future growth by working with developers and property groups on site acquisitions and activating new locations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Sales or business development experience, preferably in the property or commercial leasing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of creating and closing new business opportunities
- A growth mindset and ability to simplify complex problems
- Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team environment
