Product Trainer

We are looking for a skilled Technical Educator to educate customers on inverter products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop targeted training plans for various customer groups in the Home, Commercial & Industrial segment">
  • Create clear and engaging training materials">
  • Utilize innovative training methods and tools">
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training documents for different target audiences">
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners in developing and implementing joint product and solution training courses">
  • Implement sales promotion measures and provide on-site product training during launches">
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and forums">
  • Maintain and oversee Solar Academy facilities (mobile training equipment, lab facilities)">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Multiple years of experience in technical training">
  • Strong knowledge and qualification in electrical engineering">
  • Experience working in the Solar/PV industry is preferred">
  • Qualification in Training & Assessment is advantageous">
  • Able to convey complex technical information in simple terms to non-technical audiences">
  • Familiarity with inverter technical details">
  • Quick learning and attention to detail skills">
  • Effective communication and presentation skills">

This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home or in an office in Sydney.

Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $135,000 per annum, super, annual bonus.
