Role Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to our customers and partners via various communication channels.
  • Assist in the commissioning of our products, either remotely or on-site, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with international and local colleagues to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate logistics for the dispatch and collection of inverters.
  • Support the qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners.
  • Document all relevant case information accurately using CRM software.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to customers or internal colleagues.
Requirements
  • A degree in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering, renewable energy, or photovoltaic engineering.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
