Job Responsibilities:
Organize and manage a small office, including general admin such as answering phones, booking delivery, scanning documents, and organizing catering

Take minutes at staff meetings and follow up to ensure agreed actions are done.

Processing of payments and financial transactions. Contact customers if necessary to validate the amount.

Actively identifying opportunities for improvement, proposing solutions, and driving change.

Measuring and analyzing, and discussing with the manager the costs variances between actuals, forecasts, budget, and baselines

Job requirements:
Degree in Commerce or Business with a major in Accounting

Or have similar work experience.

Speaking Chinese is preferred.

Experienced in administration for a corporate office with multiple responsibilities

An organized person that is reliable and diligent

Someone with an eye for details

Discrete when working with confidential information

A self-starter with a can-do attitude

A person that works with integrity and professionalism

Ideally, be able to start in the next four weeks
