Our organization is looking for a skilled professional to contribute to APAC's talent acquisition activities and meet the recruitment needs of our clients in the region.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a talented individual to develop innovative sourcing strategies, conduct market research, and establish strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the specific requirements of each role, including necessary skills, experience, capabilities, and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a diverse talent pipeline for current and future roles within the APAC region through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of hiring trends and identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a tailored recruitment approach.
  • Understand the nuances of each role, including required skills, experience, capabilities, and cultural fit.
About You:
  • You should have relevant experience working within talent acquisition and be comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
  • Able to manage stakeholder expectations effectively and negotiate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, LinkedIn Recruiter, and previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
