Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development professional to develop and deliver campus, early career, and professional development curricula.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR generalists, Learning and Development team members, program managers, business, and technical experts to enhance performance and support talent development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing learning programs for campus hires, partnering with campus recruiting and the business, identifying modules, and overseeing program execution.
  • Delivering instructor-led workshops on topics such as professional skills, team building, onboarding, and intern programming.
  • Creating eLearning and on-demand content for self-paced learning.
  • Developing and delivering self-development and professional development curricula.
  • Supporting the implementation and administration of a Learning Management System in APAC.
  • Partnering with subject matter experts to deliver speaker series, design learning experiences, and identify digital resources for professional development.
  • Supporting performance management training initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the global Learning and Development team to implement projects that align with local needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Training and Development experience, with at least 3 years in delivering and facilitating training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong facilitation skills for in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Experience designing and developing eLearning and digital resources.
  • Excellent collaboration, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and proactive in delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
