Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to lead our learning and development initiatives. This is a key leadership role that involves designing and delivering engaging training programs, inspiring growth, boosting performance, and supporting our global strategy.

  • Develop and implement learning initiatives across the region, covering topics such as leadership development, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Align local training needs with our global strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive a strong learning culture, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Manage and evolve our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the platform supports compliance and development pathways.
  • Utilise psychometric assessment tools to support team and individual development.
Responsibilities

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can deliver results-oriented training programs. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and delivering training sessions that meet business objectives.
  2. Mentoring and coaching employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  3. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
  4. Managing training budgets and resources effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or training.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
