Job Title: Inbound Travel Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Inbound Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to design and deliver bespoke travel experiences for international clients visiting Australia.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of luxury products, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include curating and quoting tailor-made group itineraries, providing expert advice on local attractions and destinations, and delivering top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inbound travel with a focus on FIT or group travel.
  • Knowledge of Tourplan is preferable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
