Travel Experience Design Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in designing and delivering bespoke travel experiences for international clients visiting Australia.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to curate and quote range of tailor-made group itineraries while maintaining excellent product knowledge of luxury tours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences.
  • Manage and resolve any travel disruptions or on-the-ground issues to ensure seamless experience.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout travel process.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inbound travel, focus on FIT or group travel.
  • Knowledge of Tourplan preferable.
  • Extensive Luxury product knowledge.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
