Inbound Service and Bookings Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Booking Officer to fill this key position within our organization.

As a Booking Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact with customers and be responsible for managing end-to-end trips, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional service via email and phone.

You will collaborate closely with a 30-person team to deliver memorable adventures for our customers, combining decades of travel industry experience with a customer-centric approach.
