Job Opportunity

Mulpha Hospitality is seeking a skilled and experienced Wedding Supervisor to manage the execution of weddings at Palmers Lane, Bimbadgen Estate.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can oversee all aspects of wedding planning and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wedding plans in collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee setup and breakdown processes.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to track event progress and metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wedding planning, events management, or related role.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
