Job Title: Meta Ads Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned META Ads Strategist and Client Account Lead to join our team. This is not your typical media buyer role.

You will take ownership of key accounts, lead strategy and performance, write world-class ad copy, and work directly with the founder to deliver bold growth outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead strategy across core client accounts
  • Write scroll-stopping ad copy, video hooks, and landing page content
  • Build and optimize META campaigns that drive real-world results
  • Analyze funnels and performance metrics to solve drop-offs and scale up
  • Lead bi-weekly strategy calls and client communications with authority and insight
  • Collaborate with creatives (designers/video editors) to execute fast and on-brand
  • Proactively refresh creative before fatigue kicks in
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients — always a step ahead
Sales Support (Secondary Function)
  • Occasionally assist in booking appointments with warm leads
  • Support the founder with inbound efforts to grow the agency with quality clients
Requirements
  • 4+ years of agency experience running META ads and managing accounts
  • A strategic thinker who understands buyer psychology and positioning
  • Can lead clients with clarity, confidence, and results
  • A sharp copywriter — able to ideate creative angles and write for conversion
  • Work fast and independently, with a bias for getting things done
  • Can zoom out to spot growth levers and zoom in to fix performance issues
  • Are curious, self-motivated, and thrive in a creative founder-led team
  • Enjoy helping grow a business — not just serving clients
