">Role Overview:
">We seek an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to lead our paid advertising strategy. This leadership role has a significant impact on our growth within the competitive cryptocurrency market.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Develop and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy:
">Focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with potential expansion to Reddit and X (Twitter).
">Lead all aspects of Meta Ads campaigns:
">Planning, launch, management, optimisation, and reporting.
">Drive measurable results:
">Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
">Utilise advanced analytics:
">Leverage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tools for data-driven optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
">Collaborate on ad creative:
">Work with the Marketing Manager and Designer to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos.
">Provide regular performance reports
">with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
">Stay at the forefront of digital advertising trends,
">particularly within the fintech/cryptocurrency space.
">Requirements:
">- 5+ years of experience leading successful digital advertising campaigns.
">- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager:
">Campaign setup, targeting, optimisation, and reporting.
">- Experience with Reddit and X (Twitter) Ads is highly desirable.
">- Strong analytical skills:
">Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and data interpretation.
">- Knowledge/experience in fintech, finance, or cryptocurrency is a significant advantage.
">- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies.
">- Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote work skills.
