About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead advertising campaign planning, development, and execution across multiple platforms.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns on various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.
  • Leverage expertise to drive Paid Advertising strategy and contribute to business growth through new client acquisition.
  • Lead a team of professionals in Advertising and report directly to the CEO on key performance indicators such as client acquisition, revenue, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage existing client accounts, onboard new clients, and build strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, anticipating upcoming needs and challenges.
  • Present agency work in a clear and engaging manner, delivering client presentations.
  • Contribute to business development by preparing and executing advertising targets, strategies, and projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver their creative and digital vision.
  • Deliver results and meet deadlines while supporting copywriting and creative asset development.
  • Liaise with internal teams to produce consistent and high-quality digital media elements.
  • Analyze and report on project results and campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of advertising campaign production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in developing, managing, and optimising advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic display).
  • Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and ROI tracking for advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in content creation and collaboration with designers, copywriters, and media agencies.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to produce actionable campaign performance reports.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven cross-cultural competencies.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
