Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Paid Marketing Specialist to lead our paid advertising efforts. This is a dynamic role that requires expertise in managing large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling high-budget campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategic optimizations to drive business growth. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ad spends of $200,000+ per month.
  • Strong expertise in bid strategy optimization, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and campaign tracking software.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and implement optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook and Instagram Ads (Meta platform).
  2. Manage full-funnel advertising strategies from awareness to conversion.
  3. Provide clear reporting on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROAS to leadership.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on Google and Facebook advertising platforms.
