Girls Wrestling Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to oversee our girls wrestling program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations of the team;
- Coordinating practices and competitions;
- Developing and implementing team strategies;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in wrestling or a related field;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- High level of organizational and time management skills;
- Capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
