Girls Wrestling Head Coach

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Middle School girls wrestling program. As the head coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive program that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily operations of the wrestling program;
- Promoting the program through outreach and engagement with students, parents, and staff;
- Supervising and disciplining players during practices and games;
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with district policies;
- Providing a safe and supportive environment for student athletes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Wrestling experience and knowledge of coaching techniques;
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Criminal history clearance (background check) and CPR certification;
- NFHS Coaching Education certification;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred qualifications include three years or more of head coaching experience and computer/technology skills. The position starts in the winter season of 2025-26. Salary is negotiable as per contract. Applications are accepted until filled.
