Job Title:

Middle School Head Girls Wrestling Coach

Overview:

We seek an experienced professional to lead the MS girls wrestling program. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a successful team strategy, promoting the program, supervising players during practices and games, and additional duties as assigned.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Select, manage, educate, and evaluate assistant coaches for the program.
  • Familiarize and maintain knowledge of District policies and procedures relevant to this position.
  • Instruct and demonstrate skill sets and techniques necessary for individual and team achievement.
  • Ensure a certified coach is present at all practices and contests.
Requirements:
  • Wrestling experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Criminal history clearance (background check).
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • NFHS Coaching Education certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three years or more of head coaching experience.
  • Computer/technology skills.
