Job Title: MAC Manager

As a key member of our corporate solutions group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional relocation services to our clients.

  • Provide a single point of contact for clients
  • Establish move project goals and objectives
  • Prepare status reports and collaborate with stakeholders

Key skills required for this position include strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate at an executive level, and a flair for technology to support relocation solutions.

Experience in people relocations, facility or project management, preferably in a corporate environment, is highly desirable. A background in project strategy and planning would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate team members to ensure smooth delivery of relocations
  • Evaluate process and stakeholders to ensure optimum performance
  • Attend meetings with line areas and property teams

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage relocation-related issues
  • Complete pre-move walk-throughs and post-move lessons learned meetings
  • Engage with stakeholders and provide relocation details

Finance management tasks include organizing removalist quotes, seeking client approval, ensuring relocation stays on budget, and submitting removalist invoices.

Records management and process documentation involve storing move-related documents in JLL and/or the client's record management systems, updating work instructions, and documenting processes post-move.
