Christmas Experience Team Lead

We're seeking a Christmas Experience Team Lead to create joy and inspire their team in our magical photo studio. As Chief Elf, you'll lead a team of Elves to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences, manage daily operations, and welcome families with a warm and festive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a joyful and merry atmosphere
  • Bringing energy and positivity even on the busiest days
  • Leading from the front, showing your team how it's done with warmth, professionalism, and a dash of festive flair
  • Oversee POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
Qualifications:
  • A leader who inspires and supports those around them
  • Great with people (and pets) of all ages
  • Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team alike
  • Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
