Provide high-quality patient care and support to clients in various settings.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver evidence-based care and interventions to meet client goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Australian Working Rights
- Valid AHPRA Registration
- 6+ months experience in Aged Care/hospital in Australia
- Two professional references
- Driver with own car
- Recent National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Current CPR Certificate, HLTAID009 (or willing to obtain)
