Job Title: Dedicated Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced registered nurse to provide high-quality medical and personal care to older Australians in the comfort of their own homes.

The role entails conducting clinical and personal care duties with a holistic approach, providing comprehensive support and promoting independence among clients.

  • Provide clinical judgment, creativity, and sensitivity to develop personalized care plans that meet client needs and preferences.
  • Monitor chronic and palliative conditions, assessing wounds and attending to dressings as per the care plan.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care.
  • Offer holistic care, including social, emotional, and spiritual support, to promote overall well-being and quality of life.
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration with a minimum 2 years experience as an RN.
  • Experience in aged care and community home care customer service skills is highly desirable.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • A current NDIS worker check.
