As a Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating value and driving improvements for our clients by providing comprehensive advisory services.

This role involves advising clients on a range of areas including asset protection, business performance, business reporting, accounting and taxation management, wealth protection, and general change management.

You'll be responsible for managing a client portfolio, overseeing workflow management among direct reports, coordinating tax lodgement lists, and providing coaching and mentoring to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a regular point of contact for your clients, ensuring consistency in exceptional client service.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored strategies to enhance clients' financial and operational performance.
  • Coordinate and prioritize workflow management among direct reports, ensuring tasks and projects are allocated efficiently and completed within agreed timelines.
  • Contribute and support to the development of the team through the continuous building and sharing of knowledge while also engaging in their ongoing personal career growth.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
