About the Position

This is a Full-Time Contact Centre role on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, following communication scripts and identifying supporters' needs, offering solutions where necessary.
  • Build lasting relationships and engage supporters in our cause.
  • Connect with various groups to bolster our mission.
  • Document all conversations and interactions in a CRM system.
  • Meet personal and team fundraising targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records.

We are seeking a compassionate communicator who can connect with individuals, churches, and businesses over the phone, advocating for children who are trafficked and exploited.

About You

You have experience in customer and administrative support roles with strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing. You're passionate about communicating a cause and have the ability to engage and inspire supporters to action.

Fundraising Objectives: Meet or exceed personal and team fundraising targets.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
