Job Opportunity: Centre Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious leader to join our team as a Centre Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional looking to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Ensure the site operates profitability by preparing and reviewing financial reports using the tools provided to understand site performance.
  • Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with work providers.
  • Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all safety policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidents/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.

  • Lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of the repair centre.
  • Deliver outstanding results and drive business growth.
