About this role:

This position provides efficient and effective canteen support and coordination, maintaining canteen systems that serve the educational and service functions of the college.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Practice confidentiality and carry out advanced-level coordination duties, including ordering resources and rostering staff.
  2. Respond to enquiries and address issues in accordance with routines, methods, and procedures.
  3. Maintain the canteen through tasks such as ordering expendable stores, recording stock levels, and issuing equipment.
  4. Liaise between school stakeholders where discretion and judgement are involved.
Specific Duties:
  1. Organise rosters for parent assistance.
  2. Make orders to suppliers.
  3. Check and authorise accounts and invoices for payment.
  4. Pass on all invoices to management.
  5. Coordinate canteen and catering for events as required.
  6. Promote healthy eating guidelines.
  7. Liaise with management to produce a menu reflecting health eating policy.
