
Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to assume a key leadership role within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues within the team are trained in their respective tasks, adhering to quality health safety and environmental (QHSE) rules and procedures, and meeting or exceeding operational requirements within the contract.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes to achieve business objectives.
