We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at IPAR. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to return to work after sustaining an injury or illness.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing client needs and developing strategies for a safe return to pre-injury activities;
- Conducting assessments such as initial assessments, functional capacity assessments, early intervention, home, worksite and ergonomic assessments, as well as vocational assessments;
- Building rapport with key stakeholders throughout the process, including the ill or injured individual, their treating health practitioners, employers and insurers.
You will also have the opportunity to work with clients to identify needs and risks associated with their injuries, and to develop support programs to assist them in their recovery.

Qualifications:
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency);

- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering what we say we will and when we will.
