Director of People and Culture


The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of people and culture within an educational institution. Key responsibilities include developing strategic workforce initiatives, providing advice to attract, retain and develop a skilled workforce and organisational culture aligned with the institution's mission and values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with executive team members to form and implement strategies for staff engagement and development that align with the institution's purpose, vision and cultural behaviours.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment that supports the institution's values and purpose.
  • Playing a facilitative role in recruitment, advising staff and leadership on human resources matters.
  • Providing expert advice and support to the Principal and other Executive leaders on HR related issues.
