About the Job

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or related field, and/or proven skills in similar roles
  • Working knowledge of injury management and people management practices and systems in a multi-occupational workforce
  • Sound understanding and application of generalist human resource best practices
  • Strong digital literacy, attention to detail, organisational, data entry, and document processing capabilities
  • Ability to develop effective, collaborative relationships with stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling tasks from recruitment to offboarding, including providing quality induction processes
  • Offering assistance and guidance with probation processes, performance development, and people management
  • Working with the Facilities Manager to offer proactive injury management support, including Workcover claims
  • Overseeing and improving administrative and compliance systems that support workplace and industrial relations tasks
