Job Overview

We are seeking an Office and HR Administrator to fill a key role in our organisation.

The Role

This hybrid position combines office administration and human resources responsibilities across the employee lifecycle. Key duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Maintaining a well-organised and efficient workplace
  • General office upkeep, including supply management and event coordination
  • Coordinating office equipment and managing HR calendars
  • Supporting the People and Culture team with administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations
  2. Coordinate onboarding programs and support employee relations
  3. Assist with performance reviews, training, and professional development
  4. Maintain workplace health and safety compliance
Requirements
  • Certificate in Business, Administration, or Human Resources
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Current Driver's Licence, car insurance, and vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module and New Worker - Induction Module
