Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to spearhead the management of our cafés. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our catering and social enterprise departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of 20+ individuals and ensure seamless service delivery in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
  • Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and hands-on training.
  • Foster customer loyalty through effective rostering and stock management strategies.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality and/or barista roles.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen and ability to meet performance targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
