Café Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Café Manager to join our team. As the face of our café, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 9 staff members
  • Implement effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in café management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
