Are you a coffee enthusiast with leadership skills? Join our team as a **Barista cum Café Manager** and take charge of creating amazing coffee experiences while managing the day-to-day operations of our café.

**Position Details**

**Location**: Cheltenham

**Job Type**: [Full-Time]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming café environment.
- Oversee daily café operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Train and mentor café staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a barista and/or in café management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Passion for coffee, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
