As an Operational Services Officer L2, you will play a vital role in supporting the laboratory services at SA Health. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the effective and efficient laboratory services by sorting and accessioning specimens according to established protocols, ensuring accurate data entry and assisting with preparatory duties, storage, and transport of specimens.
- Manage internal and external customer inquiries effectively and professionally, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
