Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Wastewater Process Engineer to join our global team of process engineering specialists at AECOM, delivering multi-disciplinary projects in a global organisation and supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver process engineering services as part of our integrated water infrastructure team across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Support the growth of our water and wastewater treatment business through delivering high-quality work.
  • Work with the team to deliver a range of significant national and international projects, covering the full project lifecycle from planning and investigations, concept design, detailed design and post-project completion support.
  • Mentor and develop emerging engineers to shape our future professionals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary degree and registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or a Professional Engineer (PEng).
  • Demonstrated process design experience in water and/or wastewater projects within a dynamic consulting and design environment.
  • Proficiency in water/wastewater process modelling software.
  • Experience delivering multi-disciplinary solutions and supporting/leading technical teams.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality work, with excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
