The Role

As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a culture of care and excellence at Crown Perth. You will be responsible for providing frontline security services in a professional and customer-focused manner, ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Ensure patrons adhere to dress code and address undesirable behavior in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Escort staff and patrons to vehicles when required and prevent violent and disorderly behavior.
  • Assist patrons who wish to be self-barred from the Casino and provide support in medical emergencies.
  • Assist in the transfers of money and chips and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
