**The role**

As a **Concierge Attendant **you will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction. You will do this by providing information and securing arrangements on guests’ behalf regarding events, activities, transport and additional services to guests during their stay, in accordance with Crown’s service standards. You will assist with the smooth and effective day to day operations of the Concierge team actively performing duties of Concierge Services such as booking of tours, transfers and restaurant reservations.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Concierge Team on a **Part Time** basis, with a guarantee between **48-76 hours** per fortnight.

**About you**
You’ll bring the following:

- Strong computer skills - particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in providing superior service standards and requirements
- Proven display of high commitment to improving Customer Service
- Strong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

**Additional Information**:
This role requires
- Hotel operations experience in a frontline role
- Experience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System - desirable)
- Hospitality or business-related qualification
